My client is seeking passionate individuals to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of multi-disciplinary projects.

In this role you'll be at the forefront of developing, deploying, and governing engineering processes across diverse projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tailoring and communicating product development life cycles to meet the unique needs of various programs and systems.
  • Providing crucial engineering governance across multiple delivery programs.
  • Offering support to non-engineering stakeholders within a complex engineering development environment.
  • Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to fellow engineers.
  • Steering new systems development by implementing best practice systems life cycle processes.

Essential Skills:

  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant STEM subject, or equivalent industry/armed forces experience.
  • Exposure to engineering life cycle processes.
  • Understanding of relevant engineering standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
