Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: Milton Keynes Country: UK Rate: £300-350 per day, Outside IR35
 

Your new company
Our industry leading client is seeking a skilled and dedicated Business Analyst to join their Solutions and Development team. In this hybrid role, you'll spend one day a week at our Milton Keynes office, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance and modify our internally developed business systems.

Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding and translating business processes and requirements. Your responsibilities will include creating Business Requirement Specifications and User Stories to support system development and enhancements. The team are responsible for developing and maintaining business applications, websites and reporting across all business units within the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate with senior business managers to understand their processes and needs.
  • Documentation: Create clear and concise business requirements documents and user stories.
  • Technical Alignment: Work closely with Systems Analysts and Architects to ensure requirements align with technical specifications.
  • Client Communication: Continuously communicate project progress and clarify requirements with clients.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate and support clients in writing appropriate test scenarios.
  • Feedback Management: Receive and collate feedback and change requests from the business.
  • Presentation Skills: Represent the Business Analysis team in business meetings.
  • Project Management Support: Assist in managing changes into the production environment.
