An exciting opportunity for a Contract Service Design Lead to join a forward-thinking technology consultancy doing incredible work in the public sector on a digital transformation.

As the Lead Service designer, you will shape the future of this platform, working within a new team and taking a senior approach.

Service Design Lead - Key Requirements:

  • Responsible for strategy, vision and design
  • Public sector experience
  • GDS - Alpha
  • Breadth of design tool experience - Figma/Sketch etc.
  • Experience working on designing customer facing websites and mobile apps
  • Speed in producing and validating ideas through iterative design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
