Business Change Manager (Huge transformation Programme)
Currently undergoing huge transformation programme we need a Business Change Manager that can perform the following.
Advise on resourcing of business change work required during all phases of the programme.
Advise on the creation of new business structures, business processes and operations of the business areas affected by the programme, Finance, procurement, HR, Payroll and Projects
Stakeholder management of the business stakeholders
Ensure development and business ownership of benefit profiles and the benefits realisation plan. Initially the Business Change manager will create and own these with the assistance of a Benefits Manager.
Training and knowledge transfer of/to company SME staff to become the focal points for change in their areas and be able to manage the business change activities required.
Provide assurance to the Programme Manager that the work of the programme workstreams will cover all aspects required to deliver outputs, outcomes required to deliver operational benefits identified.
Work with the Programme Manager to agree the implementation plan.
This is an Inside IR35 contract, initially for 6 months. Base location can be Cardiff, Glasgow or London.
