Agile Campaigns & Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Bristol Country: UK Rate: £40-55/hr
 

Are you an ambitious Agile Campaigns & Project Manager with a knack for delivering successful campaigns and projects? Are you seeking an opportunity to showcase your expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment? Look no further!

Our leading Defence client based in Bristol are seeking a dynamic Agile Campaigns & Project Manager to join their team on a part time basis (0.6 FTE) for an initial duration of 24 weeks. In this role, you will be responsible for leading campaigns from conception through to Agile delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns and projects, adhering to Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps for campaign delivery, providing guidance and support to project teams throughout the process.
  • Champion our client's principles and serve as a role model for excellence in project management.
  • Utilize project controls tools to gather key information for decision-making and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • UK nationals only, with security clearance (SC) required.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale campaigns and projects is essential.
  • Familiarity with CEMA background/understanding is preferred.
  • PMQ or PPQ certification (desirable) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercially astute with a keen eye for financial management and budgeting.

Location & Working Arrangements: Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid - with options for remote work) Duration: 24 weeks Work Schedule: 3 days a week (No option to work Fridays)

Salary & Benefits: Rate: £40-55/hr
