- Provide expert post-production support for HR operations in Workday HCM, covering Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning, Talent Management, and Payroll modules
- Configure modules to align with HR requirements using deep knowledge
- Collaborate closely with client HR teams to understand unique needs and resolve support requests
- Participate in strategic road mapping services to enhance Workday experience
- Develop and support projects with customized documentation, functional and technical specifications, test cases, knowledge transfer documentation, and user training documents
- Understanding of ITIL framework and SLAs, emphasizing Change, Release, Problem, and Incident Management
- Experience handling all priority-based tickets and adherence to SLAs and escalation processes
- Maintain a 24/7 service mindset
- Commitment to getting the business back on track, whatever it takes
- Willingness to travel within the UK/EU for assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle client escalations effectively
