PMO Lead - SAP Projects - 12 months contract role - Remote working - Immediate start (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK
 

Next Ventures are currently looking for a PMO Lead with SAP Project experience. This project is remote based.

Scope:
Monitor the progress of program streams and identify any potential risks or issues.
Develop and maintain program-related documentation, such as project plans, risk registers, and status reports.
Prepare reports on the status of the program and its KPIs and present them to stakeholders.
Own program administrative and operational tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.

General Skills:

  • Analytical thinking, problem solving along with Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within a PMO team
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education
  • Project Management training or certifications are a PLUS.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage and work with an international team
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel

Detailed Skills required:
Cost management and vendor & contract management related topics, including, but not only, the following:

  1. Ensure project methodology is followed for the different phases and approvals ex, PRPD, PIPD, and RCT submission and approvals
  2. Setup and manage project management tools (Risks/issues, Documents/SharePoint, project status, etc. )
  3. Activities related to onboarding and releasing project resources
  4. Activities related to PMO and project tools (Jira, Sharepoint, etc.. administration)
  5. Activities related to program related meetings, VP steercos
  6. Consolidate all project statuses from all IS PMs, report regular QCT
  7. Manage Project/Program communications and Governance within biz group and project team members
  8. Stakeholders management
