Business Relationship Manager - Infrastructure, London Market Insurance

Our client, a leading global insurer based in London, are hiring a Business Relationship Manager to oversee infrastructure alignment across the US, UK, and EU. You'll spearhead infrastructure strategy and maintenance, ensuring seamless alignment with the US parent company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to align UK and Europe's infrastructure with US processes and vision.
• Serve as the main point of contact for US, UK, and EU on infrastructure matters.
• Manage stakeholder relationships amidst ongoing changes.
• Advise and report to the US on capabilities and strategic solutions.
• Utilise expertise in infrastructure and experience with foreign parent companies to drive alignment and resolve complex issues.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Business Relationship Management or Business Partnering experience.
• Demonstrated progression through an infrastructure career path, showcasing proficiency in infrastructure management and a comprehensive understanding of the entire infrastructure space.
• Experience in managing relationships with foreign parent companies, preferably within the US insurance industry.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to navigate through dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of the London Market.
• Ability to analyse complex relationships and find effective solutions.

This is a permanent role paying circa £110,000-£120,000 per annum + bonus & benefits offering hybrid working (3 days per week in the client's City based offices).
