You will be under the direct supervision of the Senior Sales Director for Sales EMEA. The chosen candidate will engage in various prominent projects aimed at enabling a diverse array of organizations to make enhanced, data-driven decisions. By boosting company-wide data and AI comprehension, this individual will have the unique opportunity to oversee and nurture a portfolio of high-revenue enterprise accounts, each yielding over $10 billion annually, from initial contact to finalization.

Key Objectives and Responsibilities:

- Mastery of DataCamp Learn & Workspace: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DataCamp's learning platform and services to effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Sustainable Partnerships: Foster enduring relationships by collaborating closely to develop customized data literacy training programs tailored to meet specific needs and objectives.
- Sales Process Management: Demonstrate proficiency in negotiating and finalizing detailed agreements with clients, supporting them through onboarding and expansion phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in quota-carrying sales roles, including proven experience in enterprise sales.
- Background in selling Data Analytics or Data Visualization products to C-level executives or senior management.
- Track record of success in maintaining consistent activity, developing pipelines, and meeting quotas.
- Strong ability to establish trusted relationships with business managers and executives.
- Proactive, independent thinker with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous skills enhancement.
- Demonstrated capability to independently manage, cultivate, and close new client relationships.
- Exceptional time management and communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with SaaS data solutions.
- Familiarity with implementing MEDDPICC.
- Fluency in French or German as a second language.
