Salesforce Architect with Telco Domain Exp || Comms Cloud (Vlocity) EPC, CPQ (Contract)

Salesforce Comms Cloud Senior Architect

Location: Manchester - Hybrid

Duration: 1 month (possible for extension to long term)

Very strong telco domain experience is required.

  • 10 - 15 years of experience in Salesforce with specialization in Comms Cloud (Vlocity) EPC, CPQ, OM and CLM
  • At least 2 years experience as a Comms Cloud (SFI Vlocity) Architect
  • Minimum 3 end-to-end Comms Cloud (Vlocity) projects under his/her belt, ideally in the B2B space.
  • Should be able to work with client & propose right architecture
  • Well versed with Requirement gathering and solution design in Comms Cloud (SFI Vlocity)
  • Should be able to do design and support developer on technical issues
  • Salesforce Comms Cloud & SFI (Vlocity) certification is mandatory (Omnistudio Developer, CPQ, OM certification). Communications Cloud AP certification highly desirable
  • Experience in CPQ, EPC, Order management and CLM is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Integration, ideally with some experience working in an environment where MuleSoft is the ESB
  • Technical expertise in APEX and LWC
  • Capable of doing technical reviews for tech assurance
  • Able to work on new proposals in terms of preparing solution, doing estimation, present solution to client
  • Well versed with Agile
  • Expertise in DEVOPS will be advantage
  • B2B Telecom experience is mandatory
  • Good communication skills
