We are looking for a senior Machine Learning Engineer for one of our customer based in the United States. The work timing would be 11 AM GMT to 7:30 GMT. The role is for a minimum of 3 months. We need someone who has a strong MLE background with over 5+ years of experience in the field of machine learning engineering and productionalisation. They Should have worked in orchestrating LLM's, finetuning and deploying generative AI models. In this role, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to create pioneering solutions that revolutionize how we engage, educate, and empower our stakeholders.

Experience on AWS cloud would be preferable.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and enhance new and existing algorithms and systems, optimizing machine learning solutions to maximize business value.
• Automate machine learning pipelines and optimize solutions through continuous monitoring and refinement.
• Implement end-to-end solutions for both batch and Real Time algorithms, ensuring robust monitoring, logging, and performance testing.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, improving consumer experiences, and prototyping solutions to demonstrate value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new product features and optimize online and mobile applications.
• Establish scalable, efficient, and automated processes for data analysis, model development, and validation.
• Promote and uphold good software engineering practices within the team, mentoring team members as needed.
• Monitor and resolve production issues, working closely with project managers to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Technical Product Managers to track algorithmic performance KPIs and prioritize performance improvements.

Qualifications:
Basic:

• Minimum of seven years of post-secondary education or relevant work experience.

Additional:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, statistics, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five years of software development experience with Python and SQL.
• Minimum of three years of experience developing and deploying machine learning systems into production in a cloud environment.
• Minimum of one year of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka), and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proficiency in standard software engineering methodology, including unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, and code reviews.

Preferred:

• Experience with neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning frameworks (eg, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Recommendation Engines.
• Working experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
