Digital Transformation Project Manager

We're working with a Globally-renowned Technology business that is currently undergoing a business-critical transformation programme that is affecting not only itself internally, but its flagship product used worldwide.

They are looking to bring a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience working with digital transformation programmes in complex enterprise organisations. This will include adhering to their delivery frameworks (a blend of Agile and Scrum) as well as forecasting and governance reporting.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who can bring creative ideas to the table regarding change and transformation, ensuring as much change is Embedded into their digital capabilities as quickly as possible, and continues to be upheld longer term.

What you'll be doing

• As the programme is already underway, you'll need to hit the ground running and be able to quickly identify key stakeholders and build internal relationships to help the change become truly Embedded. These will be from Executive Committee through to Technology professionals.
• Managing the technical resource on the programme and ensuring that each area under your purview is effectively resourced.
• Managing external stakeholders and suppliers to get ahead of delivery timelines where possible, while still maintaining the quality of delivery into the programme.
• Ensuring that the transition and cut-over periods all have commitment from the relevant stakeholders, and all parameters are being met for operational performance.

What you'll get in return

• Initial contract running for 12 months, with high likelihood of extension.
• Hybrid working, with 1-2 days a week on-site in the South West.
• Day rate of up to £600 per day inside IR35.
• Opportunity to gain SC clearance as they have Public Sector clients.
