Lynx Recruitment are partnered with an organisation who are based at RAF Leeming to help them find a Fleet Planner.
This individual will be responsible for the tactical management of the fleet of aircraft at RAF Leeming as well as managing short term forecasts, maintenance tasking and verification and management of life limited parts plans.
Requirements:
- Ensure that all Fleet Planning activities are appropriately carried out and documents on the relevant systems
- The management of Human Factors and Error Management Philosophies are applied to all Fleet Planning Activities.
- Manage and create a Tactical Fleet Plan based off the Strategic Fleet Plan, OOP tasks and other factors
- Provide oversight on the fleet's flying performance, managing aircraft onto the next maintenance events
