Snr Business Analyst (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £550 - £600 per day
One of our technology clients is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a wider SharePoint implementation.
Role: Senior Business Analyst
Contract: 6 months initially
Day rate: £550-£600pd outside IR35 (depending on experience)
Hybrid role: Remote with very occasional travel to a London office
The Hiring Manager describes this role as:
"The Senior Business Analyst will work on a variety of projects to ensure we have solid foundations, processes, systems and controls to enable and support business growth. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and a strong delivery-focus. We're looking for an enthusiastic problem-solver who will figure it out and get the job done, whilst ensuring stakeholder buy-in and smooth change management.
This is a hands-on role and the Senior Business Analyst must tailor best practice into practical application that is suitable for the business. We're looking for someone with a diverse professional background who has worked on a variety of different types of projects and/or in different industries."
Key Requirements:
- Over 10 years' experience in a Business Analyst role deliverying a portfolio of different E2E projects
- Experience with implementing and rolling out a full end-to-end SharePoint DMS platform
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to be highly influential and capable of aligning multiple stakeholders on a common vision or project goal
- Experience working in private equity backed organisations
- Delivered in an immature change environment, with ambiguity and little structure, having to solve issues yourself when they arise
- Excellent written and verbal communication, adept at explaining complex ideas efficiently and succinctly to relevant stakeholders
This is an initial 6 month contract Outside IR35, mainly remote with very occasional travel to their London office.
