Oracle Functional Lead (HR/HCM) - SC Cleared

We are currently recruiting for an SC Cleared Oracle Functional Lead for a central government department on a 12 month contract.

The Functional Lead(s) will be responsible for:

Enhanced Support - supporting triage and resolution path for critical and complex Production issues.
Change design and implementation - consultancy for capture of business requirements, configuration design and process best practice within strategic change activities.
Input into product functionality and associated business benefits for driving enhancements for the functional area.
Oversight of enhancement partners delivery of application configuration, Prototyping and testing
Act as SME point of contact between business and Oracle solution for functional area.
Input into backlog prioritisation being able to understand business need against approach to delivery.
Capability to demonstrate knowledge of Oracle Roadmap developments against the context of the SaaS environment.
Liaise with Oracle on product enhancements and act as voice of government in defining product gaps in standard Oracle offering.
Supporting configuration management and cutover activity control.
Ensure Jira tickets and documentation is complete; trackers and issues/errors are updated and logged.
Strong industry experience of Operational Processes supported by a SaaS ERP solution.
Input into the project plan tasks for the client, ensuring plan gives & gets are met on time.
Takes an active role within a multi-disciplined team including stakeholders, design & development teams and technology partners driving progress.
Contributing to improve development approaches and quality of deliverables and benefits realisation.
Working in an agile product centric delivery team
Progress reporting and highlighting risks & issues before they become a blocker
Detailed knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration design supporting the project solution capabilities and processes
