Director of Change & Transformation - IT (Permanent)
Location: Manchester Country: UK Rate: £120k - £140k per annum
 

Global Business which is currently undergoing a major IT Transformation are looking for a Director of Change & Transformation for IT. This role reports to the CIO and will be responsible for the entire Change IT Team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a chaotic and fast paced environment and who likes the challenge of maturing a greenfield IT Change environment.

Please note this role is based in Manchester and requires you to be onsite at least 1 day a week.

THE ROLE

The Director of Change & Transformation for IT will be responsible for:

  • Lead change and transformation for the UK business focusing on IT and Digital programmes/projects.
  • Managing the cost of the portfolio in an efficient manner to the agreed budget, scope and timelines.
  • Ensuring programmes and projects have the required governance, reporting and metrics.
  • Manage the IT Change and Transformation team and provide effective resource management and develop the talent in the team.

YOU

The Director of Change & Transformation will have experience of:

  • Delivering Technology and Digital programmes that are complex and across a large portfolio - preferably where budgets have been over £30 million.
  • Leading Change functions within IT Transformation particularly in low maturity organisations.
  • Leading Projects and Programmes focusing on data and digital product management
  • Has worked in a fast paced environment to deliver programmes and projects in an organised and timely fashion.
  • Can engage with stakeholders at all levels including the board to ensure change is bought in to by the business.
  • Delivering change for bids and mobilisation for businesses.
  • Experience of improving governance for programmes and projects
