Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Integrity Officer to join their team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global financial institution, committed to creating positive change for their clients and society. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting business lines in all matters relating to oversight of Financial Crime (FC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) activities, local regulatory reporting, control monitoring and data analytics. What you'll do:
As a Client Integrity Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our client's license to operate by enabling UK business lines to meet ongoing regulatory expectations and compliance obligations. You will take ownership of client integrity related issues, provide regular reporting and Management Information (MI), liaise extensively with key stakeholders both locally and internationally. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting business lines in change activities relating to regulatory changes as well as output and implementation of identified remediation fixes.
* Understanding how Bank policies are implemented - Global Standards, Client Acceptance Anti Money Laundering policy, Data Management Framework etc and conducting GAP analysis with 2nd line functions
* Responsible for all regulatory reporting ensuring that this is delivered within timeline expectations and working with 2nd line on any follow up actions
* Supporting MI workstreams, ensuring the data is accurate and capturing the correct elements for the respective business lines
* Data analytics and enhancement, where required, for all business lines within the UK, working closely with the Data Steward
* Support the Client Integrity Manager and 2nd line with regulatory updates, ensuring any training requirement are Embedded into the business
* Participate in the various steerco/triangle meetings, providing support and assistance where required

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Client Integrity Officer role brings a wealth of experience in the Financial Services sector, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting and data analytics. You will have proven analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions. Your self-organisation and proactivity will enable you to manage tasks efficiently and respond constructively to challenges. Your excellent communication skills will be key in liaising with different levels of the organisation.
* 5+ years of experience working in Financial Services
* Strong analytical skills - ability to visualise, articulate, conceptualise and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems by making decisions that are sensible given the available information
* Self-Organisation and Proactivity - uses time efficiently and responds quickly and constructively when confronted with challenges with an ability to prioritise tasks
* Excellent communication skills at different levels of the organisation
* Good credibility, trustworthiness, problem solving, task management and self-management competences
* Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
