ERP Project Manager - Midlands based - £45,000 - £55,000 (Permanent)
Location: Loughborough Country: UK Rate: £45k - 55k per annum
My client are an end-user specialising in the apparel, fashion and retail sector. They have recently migrated over to D365 BC (SaaS) and as such are needing an individual to come into the business and resolve some of the current teething problems, they have around business central and the current processes. Meaning they are looking for an ERP Project Manager.
Some of the teething problems they are currently facing are around inventory, reporting, and providing relevant solutions to enhance the effectiveness of business central.
This is a long term role as they look to bring the Dynamics business central expertise in-house, you will be one of the key personnel in the business liaising between 2 CRM developers, 2 MA's and the warehousing and finance team.
Key Requirements: - Managing team log on all system data fixes, scoping and reporting requirements
- Ensuring progress maintained across all projects and team
- Updating system process map and keeping this up to date with all changes.
- Testing using UAT checklists. Need these per area to ensure can allocate to wider business/super users for implementation following major changes.
- Ensuring all users are confident in the system.
- Evidence of project management in a fashion supplier side systems role would be ideal.
- Problem solving with users for training gaps.
- Creation of tools, systems, and processes for all users to be efficient.
- Mapping all scenarios that require testing based on issues and creating a testing plan for the team for the relevant options.
- Scoping system changes and delegating these to systems team.
- Work with finance team and finance system on scoping, problem solving and investigation.
- Liaise with wider business on system and reporting requirements.
