Costello & Reyes Group has been engaged by our client, a Defence contractor to identify an SC cleared CyberArk Consultant with a strong background in CyberArk/PAM/Privileged Access Management who is Defender certified for an initial period of 3 months with a possibility of extension.

In order to be considered you MUST be SC cleared and be able to perform the following tasks:

• Ensuring appropriate collection and analysis of technical requirements based on critical client PAM use cases and expectations.
• Generating client delivery documentation such as technical requirement specification, use cases, architecture Visio diagrams, brain maps, technical strategy presentations, High level design and low-level design.
• Ensures prioritisation of technical efforts and consultant staff toward development and delivery of critical client outcomes.
• Works closely with project manager and engagement manager to identify key IAM technical requirements, prioritize requirements, catalogue requirements, and assign them to project use cases and sprints. ----- This is PAM not IDAM
• Provides effective training and mentoring to all team members to maximize leadership and consulting effectiveness, learning and overall project team productivity.
• Capable of performing the PAM Architect or PAM Engineer role on client engagements. --- PAM architect not needed more PAM/CyberArk Engineer
• Guide the team in troubleshooting the issues faced during the product implementation.
• Making use of the product OOTB (out of the box) functionality to implement the business requirement and product SDK's, etc. for custom development to address all technical &, business requirements.
• Communication with implementation/integration team to clarify detailed requirements.
• Implementation and Design experience for complex PAM solutions for large scale customers across various industry verticals ----- More implementation but design experience a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with aptitude for delivering high quality documentation.
• Experience in multiple PAM products and across key PAM areas like Privileges session recording, session monitoring, password vaulting, etc.
• Experience in customising PAM products to build solutions tailored to customer requirements with integration of multi-vendor PAM products.
• Exposure to key tools and technologies related to PAM - LDAP, Virtual Directory Services, Vaults, web services, programming languages, etc.
• Onsite development experience at client location and excellent understanding and implementation using onsite/offshore, complete offshore and offsite models. ----- potentially no offshore elements
• CyberArk Core PAS
• Experience in all phases of the project life cycle, including design, configuration, testing, debugging and implementation.
• 10+ years of cyber security experience ---- 10 years is probably overkill for this role.
• Excellent experience in IAM domain --- This isn't an IAM project.
• Strong PAM implementation experience - 2/3 projects with public sector experience a bonus as well as exposure to CyberArk PAS deployment in AWS and Azure.
• Cyber Ark Defender (PAM-DEF) and Sentry (PAM-SEN)
• CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) for PAM
