ServiceNow SME - BPC Experience Essential Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge in ServiceNow ITSM & CSM (certifications an added advantage).
- Leverage proven implementation methodology, develop best practices for Process Workshops, and use Automated Test Framework.
- Create exceptional business outcomes, faster and with less risk
- Understand and use best practices for process workshops
- Gather requirements using functional Agile user stories
- Assess data migration and configuration complexity
- Create test strategies and execute test plans
- Understand how ATF factors in to project planning
- Create ATF Tests and Test Suites
- Schedule and run ATF Test Suites
- Administer the ATF testing environment
- Explain the ServiceNow implementation methodology and define the various roles or personas typically needed for a ServiceNow implementation
- Confirm what the customer purchased based on the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Describe the purpose, methods, components, and personas involved in a ServiceNow Process Workshop
- Review good practices for delivering demos in a requirements workshop
- Create functional Agile user stories and appropriate acceptance criteria for the user stories
- Describe how configuration complexity affects implementation estimates and configuration complexity
- Describe the Test Management process and how testing activities fit into a ServiceNow implementation
- Determine, prioritize, log, track, fix, and test defects
