Are you looking for a new and exciting Desk Assistant role? Our client has a requirement for a Desk Assistant to assist their global team based in the London office. Throughout your assignment you will be working within with a supportive and vibrant environment working alongside 35 administrative/secretarial staff.

  • Acting as the first point of contact.
  • Arrangement of meetings and managing calendars.
  • Extensive travel booking.
  • Provide intermediate to advanced levels of Word, Excel and PowerPoint for presentation material preparation.
  • Room bookings.
  • Booking transportation.
  • Organising conference calls.
  • Maintain confidentiality across aspects of workload.
  • Expense management.
  • Invoice management.
  • Maintaining accurate client information on the databases/spreadsheets.
  • Prepare, complete and distribute materials/documents as necessary.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will be personable with the ability to prioritise and multi-task. Additionally, the individual must have attention to detail and have the ability to work well under pressure.
