Interim Project Manager (Contract)

Location: London Country: UK Rate: £450 - £500 per day
 

This Interim Project Manager position requires an individual able to lead technological projects within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a team leader capacity, managing and driving success in a project-based environment.

This organisation is a small to medium sized entity within the education sector, based in London. It is dedicated to delivering top-quality services to the educational research sector through the strategic use of technology.

Description

  • Manage technology projects from initiation to completion
  • Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget
  • Ensure project objectives align with organisational goals
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Monitor project risks and issues, and provide solutions as needed
  • Facilitate project meetings and document outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with public sector standards and regulations
  • Review project outcomes and lessons learned for future improvement

Profile

A successful Interim Project Manager should have:

  • Experience leading project teams
  • Experience working on medium-scale or government projects, including experience coordinating technology-dependent projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions and articulate on a wide range of business and technical issues.
  • Experience in the education sector, particularly with technology projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Job Offer
