My client is looking for a Learning Trainer to join them on a brand new project within the Public Sector, this short term contract will be responsible for delivering the induction system training.
The right person will need to be able to deliver training via TEAMS and manage the delegates successful undertaking of online learning modules, supporting any queries/concerns or learners who are struggling. A large proportion of the training content is systems and process training, so the ability to quickly get to grips with new software is vital. Facilitation skills are key as the trainer will have to manage a large group (circa 30) of new starters through their induction training.
