Azure AI Support Engineer (Contract)

Do you want to join one of the biggest tech companies in the world?

My client is searching for a highly skilled Azure AI Support Engineer with experience in DevOps & Python/Powershell.

The Azure AI Customer Support team are dedicated, technology-oriented professionals, who aim to accelerate the integration of AI capabilities for their biggest enterprise clients, by helping to leverage the power of AI and cloud computing via the Azure platform.

You will work across multi-Channel customer communications. With your deep understanding of cloud computing and Azure networking, you will own the Customer Support experience and resolve high impact technical challenges.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

* Rate: DOE

* Location: Remote

* Duration: 18-month contract

* Start Date: ASAP

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of the Customer Support Experience: Champion the customer's support journey, providing timely, accurate, and effective solutions for their issues. Working closely with a broad range of global customers, including a significant portion of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Resolution of High-Impact Technical Challenges
  • Multi-Channel Customer Communication: Resourcefully and empathically engage with the clients end customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Azure experience
  • Experience with Scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python, and a strong understanding of AI/ML libraries and frameworks, eg TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong enthusiasm for Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and innovative AI technologies (ChatGPT, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc)
  • Experience of SQL and/or Kusto

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Troubleshooting and debugging to solve complex problems
  • Thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • 3-5 years' experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, with a focus on AI services
  • Scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
  • TensorFlow or PyTorch understanding
  • Solid foundation in Data Engineering, including understanding of databases, data retrieval via query languages like SQL or Kusto, and experience with data management, data visualisation, and statistical analysis
