Change Manager (Contract/Permanent)

Location: City of London Country: UK Rate: £70k - £75k per annum + 27 days annual leave, hybrid-working
 

An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established regulatory board in Central London The company is now looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their growing team on a 12 month fixed term basis, working with various stakeholders to develop and implement their new business strategy.

Description

  • Equip leaders with the tools, skills, and competencies to become visible change leaders in their areas of responsibility
  • Provide coaching and support for leaders to manage the human impacts of change in their areas including helping their people to understand the need for change and adopt and adapt to new processes
  • Develop and deliver interventions to manage and overcome resistance
  • Assess learning and development needs arising from the change
  • Develop training, documentation and learning programmes to meet learning requirements and support transition
  • Work cross functionally to ensure that change related learning and development integrates with overall organisational strategy
  • Advise on, support and produce communications plans and content to ensure that people understand the need for change the advantages change will bring
  • Work in collaboration with leaders, managers and the comms team to ensure that people are kept informed of change progress, delivering presentations, briefings and updates where needed

Profile

  • An experienced Change Manager, with a track record of successful delivery of change programmes and projects including large transformational change programmes
  • Experience of working for a Not for Profit
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and evidence of strong skills in collaborating and working in partnership with others

Job Offer
