Newcastle - x2 days per week

Active SC security clearance required

£500 per day inside IR35

Role overview:

The Developer will be part of a scrum team and responsible for completed development tasks on a product backlog aligned to their particular squad. The team will be accountable for building accessible software with a focus on what users need from the service. The developer will on a daily basis be expected to write adapt maintain and support code; as well as look to continually improve the service with new tools and techniques. The developer should have a passion for solving technical problems and advising on the technical feasibility of designs.

Required skills:

  • Minimum 3-5 Years Experience
  • js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Cross-browser compatibility
  • Awareness and experience of implementing accessibility-compliant (WCAG) solutions.
  • Automated testing, for Performance and Accessibility.
  • Experience working within Agile teams/frameworks.
