Role Overview:
Join our global investment management firm as an IT Support Help Desk Specialist. Provide hands-on 1st to 2nd line support and systems administration for our New York and London offices. Deliver exceptional service, especially to senior executives, and manage IT issues for over 250 employees worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
System Management: Ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
Support: Provide 1st - 2nd line support and administration.
Executive Service: Deliver white-glove service to senior executives.
Request Management: Prioritize and respond to service requests.
Troubleshooting: Independently resolve IT issues.
Security: Ensure compliance with the firm's Information Security Policy.
Onboarding: Assist with new employee setups and asset management.
Patch Management: Test and deploy monthly updates.
Collaboration Tools: Oversee video conferencing and communication tools.
Phishing Program: Administer the Knowbe4 phishing test program.
Documentation: Maintain support documentation.
Travel: Support remote office locations as needed.
Ideal Experience:
Experience: 2+ years in IT support and systems administration, preferably in finance or asset management.
Skills: Proficient in Office 365, Citrix, Intune, and troubleshooting.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred; certifications are a plus.
Attributes: Analytical, problem-solving, self-starter, and strong communicator.
Tools and Systems:
