This Business Analyst role works in a small team predominantly on internal Business Change and IT projects, often updating Legacy Document Management (DMS) and Case Management Systems and improving ways of working.

• Working with SMEs on Business Analysis activities across the project life cycle
• Writing Design Specification
• End to End Process Mapping of Tech Transformation projects
• Hybrid Waterfall and Agile ways of working
• Delivery-focused, motivated, and always takes the initiative
• Wide variety of backgrounds considered, regulated industries desirable but not essential
• 1-2 years + of Business Analyst experience
• Able to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
