  • Our client is a leading provider of information technology, consulting, and business process outsourcing services, dedicated to helping the world's leading companies build stronger businesses.
  • Their Insurance Consulting unit is seeking talented consultants with extensive business analysis and consultative experience in executing large-scale business change and IT solutions for Insurance UK & European Insurance clients. This role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high energy and entrepreneurial team working with leading UK & Europe-based Insurance clients.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Performed Senior Functional Architect/Analyst roles on complex Business & Technology Transformation Programmes, with Insurance clients; assisting them achieve their business, technology, strategic and operational goals.
  • Strong experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as a Functional/Business Analyst and product elaborations with business SMEs
  • Experience working in an Agile mode, managing backlog for the development team and proactively supporting the team through the development life cycle.
  • Strong understanding of the UK Life/protection business.
  • Responsible for the design and architecture of D365 customer service module for the client's Protection business.
  • Contribute as a team and individually showcase the product increments to the senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop creative strategic solutions to solve clients' business problems and create accompanying execution roadmaps to implement the changes.
  • Individuals will liaise with the Client and provide regular updates for the D365 customer service modules.
  • Experience in analysing existing business & data models, ETL components and reporting to advise enhancements to existing applications.
  • Work with Client architects, research, analyse and evaluate the design specifications, new product tools, and client strategies to validate the functional & technical aspects of the system.

Industry Experience:

  • Deep experience of the London Market Insurance industry, preferably within the Life & Pensions or Broker sectors.
  • Business Analysis skill set including process modelling, gap analysis, stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience across Insurance value chain is highly desirable.
  • Understanding the client's Protection operation and D365 or any other customer service modules

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues as well as on your own
  • Excellent communicator able to deliver a concise message either verbally, or in writing to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative thinker, able to quickly analyse problems and identify appropriate solutions
  • Open-minded and pragmatic, with the ability to guide teams to build customised tools/templates for the engagements
  • Flexible and enthusiastic about gaining new experiences across different clients and adapting to different, challenging environments

Contribution to the Development of Practice:

  • Contribute to practice activities such as Capability Development, Knowledge Management, Proposition or Solution Development
  • Develop focused industry 'points of view' or 'white papers'
  • Coach and Mentor members of the team

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience on industry-specific COTS solutions (Life & Pensions)
  • Insurance domain accreditation
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service/Functional experience
