Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Architect, design, and implement robust and scalable solutions using C#/.NET technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver exceptional software products.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience working in a startup environment, ideally within the fintech industry.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of managing or leading engineering teams.
• Extensive hands-on experience with C#/.NET development, including proficiency in relevant frameworks and libraries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
