Role purpose/summary

Business Implementation Managers and Leads work alongside Program and Project Managers, focusing on the people side of moving from current state to new state.
The Business Implementation Management practice is recently established and deliver best practice business implementation support to ensure change is effectively integrated and adopted for initiatives across BUK COO. Our core deliverables for part of the Customer and Colleahue agendar and our model includes Plan and Engage, Shape and Define Delivery Approach, Inform and Educate Colleagues, Communicate with Customer and Implement and Embed.

Key Skills/requirements

• Hands-on, business focused approach
• 7-8 years' experience
• Manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders including written and verbal
• Ensure robust business implementation documentation is in place
• Support definition of business impact and produce business implementation plans that protects the outcomes and prepares the business for change
• Clear definition and pro-active management of Business Implementation project plans, outcomes and benefits, delivering to commitments, minimising unexpected changes.
• Effective management of risks and issues via Pod delivery framework
