Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join its team. This role involves monitoring and managing infrastructure-related tickets on ServiceNow, administering Back End systems, ensuring network security, and contributing to disaster recovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and manage infrastructure tickets on ServiceNow.
* Administer Back End systems, including Veeam backup, Citrix, and Active Directory.
* Contribute to network security and governance.
* Maintain backup and disaster recovery protocols.
* Take action based on network monitoring reports.
* Troubleshoot and optimize systems.
* Manage LAN, WAN, and data center operations.
* Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
* Administer gateways and content filtering solutions.
* Follow change management processes and support project delivery.
* Be available for out-of-hours work as needed.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of Windows Active Directory and server administration experience.
* Proficiency in Office 365 administration and PowerShell Scripting.
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
* Familiarity with VMware virtualized infrastructure.
* Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions, especially Veeam.
* Understanding of change management processes.
* Previous project management experience is preferred.
* Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or 2019 certifications are a plus.
* Excellent demand management, planning, and organization skills.
* Ability to work out of hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Familiarity with ITIL environments and ServiceNow is beneficial.
