Service Continuity Management (SCM) Consultant (Permanent)
Location: London Country: UK
The role will report into the Director, Service Continuity Management. Service Continuity Management (SCM) are responsible for Service Continuity governance, coordination for the annual datacentre resilience & recovery tests, central tools supporting SCM and ensuring we are aligned with Group policies and regulations.
The candidate must be a self-starter, who is focussed on understanding, articulating, and delivering a plan to deliver a central tool which will be used for IT Service Continuity governance.
Deliverables
- Detailed requirements for a central IT Service Continuity system for the client for procurement to identify suitable vendors. This must include requirements from the various client business areas that support their respective policies and relevant regulations.
- Detailed Plan for implementing Service Continuity Tool.
Experience
- Worked in a large financial services organisation with a good understanding of current regulations impacting financial services.
- Product Management with IT Service Continuity/ITDR experience
- Understanding of IT Service Continuity tools such as Service Now Service Continuity and Fusion RM ITDR (or similar)
- 5+ years IT Service Continuity Management
- Understanding of Operational Resilience preferred but not essential.

- Self-starter & delivery focussed.
- Excellent communication skills (including Presentation skills)
- Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented
