Backend Systems Developer - Golang

Our client, a fast-growing specialty insurer, is embarking on an exciting journey towards a cloud-based architecture and are adopting modern & exciting technology stack. They are looking for a Backend Systems Developer to join their dynamic and innovative team.

You'll collaborate closely with Architects, Analysts, and Developers to deliver new features and enhancements using Golang, while occasionally contributing to DevOps tasks to streamline their CI/CD processes.

Key experience required:

• Proven Developer - ideally from Back End systems background
• Extensive experience with Golang over the last few years
• Some DevOps experience would be ideal - ideally GitHub Actions and Terraform
• Proficiency in Agile software development practices
• Strong communication skills - any previous experience working with stakeholders is desirable

This is a permanent role, hybrid working in their London offices and paying between £70k-£80k per annum + bonus & benefits.
