Timeless Require a Administrative Assistant for a client based on London Silvertown

Duties:

  • Input Data of Concrete Testing Results into excel spreadsheets
  • Answer telephone & email enquiries
  • Managing office equipment
  • Booking meetings and events
  • Arranging travel
  • Distributing mail
  • Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years previous administration experience
  • Strong proven knowledge in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook )
  • Strong skill in using computer equiptment (Windows)
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information/documents

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (In an office environment)

Rate:

  • 14.00 p/h (9.5 Hours with 30 minute unpaid lunch break)
