Adults Homefirst Social Worker

We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join an Adults HomeFirst team.

About the team

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are committed to providing good quality supervision and offering continued professional development. You will be committed to providing a person centred, and strength-based approach from initial referral, encompassing the views of multidisciplinary professionals, families/carers, and external agencies to provide ideal outcomes and safe discharge for service users.

About the role

You will need a degree in social work to be considered for this position, and a background in Adults Services would be highly desirable. It is essential you have a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle.

You will be required to work 5 days over 7, some weekend work is required to meet the services requirements.
