Air Export Clerk

We are working with an established Freight Forwarder, near Heathrow, who are looking to recruit an Air Export Clerk with a minimum of 2 years experience

Role includes: Monitor and action generic email boxes and respond in a timely manner. Interact with UK customer & overseas offices to arrange all shipments. Ensuring ATOL is updated in line with the internal KPI's Processing shipments in company system. Post Flights/Event Control Job File Invoicing Cost Control

Ensure all queries and complaints are investigated and responded to promptly both from external internal customers and suppliers. Ensure customer invoices are completed in a timely manner.

Hours Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary up to £33K depending on experience
