Senior Solicitor/Associate Solicitor

Our client is an established specialist Law firm, based in Wiltshire, dealing exclusively with Wills, Trusts, Tax Planning (including Inheritance tax and Capital Gains Tax), Probate (the administration of estates), Powers of Attorney, and related issues. Client base includes landowners, farmers, estates, companies, and individuals based across the south of England.

They are currently looking to develop the team and are open to interest from the full spectrum of experience - those who are at the beginning of their Private Client legal career, those who are highly experienced Associates, and all those in between!

Working closely with the owner and wider team you will be advising on and assisting others who advise on wills, trusts and tax planning for high-net-worth UK individuals, estates and beneficiaries. You will be provided with an interesting and complex caseload and will have the opportunity to be involved in networking and business development.

To be successful in your application, you will:

• Be seeking an interesting Private Client caseload and professional development
• Have good quality experience in private client practice at the appropriate level
• Be keen to be part of a team and working collaboratively
• Be driven, committed, have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Be IT proficient with experience of Microsoft Office and Practice Management systems
