Incredible opportunity for a mid-level TMT Lawyer to join a leading international firm!

I am working with an extremely well-esteemed legal practice with roots that stem from the United States, now having over 45 offices across five different continents. This incredible global reach has resulted in the firm not only working with the most elite international companies, but also, for the tenth consecutive year, being recognized among the top 20 strongest U.S. law firm brands in legal market.

This opportunity sits within their highly regarded Technology Transactions team in London. This team advise clients on all aspects of technology transactions and IP licensing, including IP-driven joint ventures, research and development collaborations, and strategic alliances.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of post-qualification experience, and have experience with technology contracts, reviewing, drafting and negotiating the following:

  • IT outsourcing and technology services, including SaaS solutions and software licensing arrangements
  • commercial intellectual property
  • broader commercial contracts experience
  • some experience on commercial/tech contracts due diligence
  • a plus - data protection knowledge for straight-forward data flows
  • a plus - any experience in drafting and negotiating public sector contracts

Despite being a US law firm, this is a practice that is set apart from the rest due to their emphasis on a healthy work/life balance, alongside their high standard of complex transactions.

Please apply as directed or confidentially contact for more information. Alternatively, if this role is not for you, I am working a variety of other TMT/tech/commercial opportunities with ranked teams in the City, so would be interested to talk to any Lawyers in this space.

Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age.
