We're seeking a Chief HV Electrical Engineer to: - Power our NetZero future with innovative solutions
- Guide and mentor our high-performing engineering teams
- Provide technical leadership on complex transmission & distribution projects
- Collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional results
What you'll do: - Drive technical governance and quality assurance
- Shape capability development strategies
- Lead technical project delivery
- Foster strong client relationships
What you bring: - 10+ years of HV Electrical experience with previous senior engineering leadership experience
- National grid & power transmission experience essential
- Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
- Chartered Engineer (IET) or actively working towards it
- Proven ability to mentor and develop exceptional engineers
- Unwavering focus on quality and detail
Desirable: - BP141/TP141 Design Assurance qualification (or ability to obtain)
