Title: Commercial Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer

Our client, a leading, Legal 500 recommended legal firm based in Christchurch, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on commercial law matters
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
• Conducting legal research and analysis to support client cases
• Attending court hearings and representing clients in commercial litigation matters
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective case management
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and industry trends
• Upholding ethical standards and ensuring compliance with professional responsibilities
• Demonstrating exceptional client service and building strong, long-lasting relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualifications
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales or a CILEX Lawyer
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
