Customer Account Manager

SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Stratford upon Avon who are looking for a Customer Account Manager (Customer Service) to join the team on a permanent basis
Hybrid - Can work 2-3 days from home
£24,400 per annum plus great benefits - Christmas shut down/Bonus
Must have a Customer Service/Call Centre background

Overview of the role:
- Customer contact primarily by telephone - inbound and outbound.
- Payment negotiation/Arrangement set up by agreement.
- Script use (calls are audited and scored on a weekly basis).
- Documenting account discussions and action.
- Dispute resolution.
- Social and Communication awareness on call handling.
- Accurately updating various systems - on each call!
