You will also deliver a first-class service to our customers and address their maintenance needs and concerns though quality workmanship, professional attitude and within agreed timescales.About youWe are looking for someone with:

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues throughout the business.
• Construction industry knowledge and experience.
• Organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
