Deputy Manager

Nexgen Locum are recruiting for a Deputy Manager for our client in Gloucester.

Your Role:

We are looking for a kind and compassionate leader to work with a dedicated team of people who are delivering care and support to young people. The Deputy Manager would support the Registered Manager in delivering quality support to young people aged 15-18, The Deputy would have some time on shift and sometime based at the office for administration. The deputy would line manage two team leaders and a team of 30 support workers. The candidate should already have, or be willing to work towards, Diploma level 3, 4 or 5. The candidate should be experienced in supporting people with complex needs and experienced in line managing staff teams.

Required:

• Full driving licence as will be travelling between sites
• Previous experience in line managing
• Diploma level 3,4 or 5
• Previous experience working with OFSTED would be beneficial

Full time, Permanent.

Salary 28,000 to 35,000 per annum
