Deputy Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our fantastic team at Albert's Schloss Manchester and submerse them into a fun, exciting and thorough training programme before launching our new venue.

Salary: £29-33k per annum + up to 32% bonus per annum, paid quarterly!

Who we need

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced in Restaurant Management from a fast paced, dry led venue
• Experience in building an energised and engaged team
• Has a real authentic desire to develop from within
• Passionate about the hospitality industry
• Experience in a busy, fast paced business
• All the usual financial stuff (we can teach all of that for the right person)

Experience in the above is ideal, but passion is everything!
