Field Service Engineer required for an international packaging equipment manufacturer based in the Maidenhead area. The successful candidate will have a strong field service background ideally within a similar industry.

Field Service Engineer Position Overview

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients both remotely and on-site, diagnosing and resolving equipment issues promptly and efficiently.

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.

• Repair and Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, implementing necessary repairs and replacements of parts to restore functionality.

• Installation and Commissioning: Install and commission packaging equipment at client sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality according to specifications.

Field Service Engineer Position Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ideally experienced in a similar industry
• Great customer service skills

Field Service Engineer Position Remuneration

Salary dependent on experience

£38K salary + £3K bonus

• 8:30am - 5pm
• Company van - for work use
• X1 night out per week, covered by the company
• Travel on a national scale, routes will be mapped out in advance
• Training provided
• 25 days holiday + banks
