Field Service Engineer

A highly motivated Field Service Engineer is needed to join the team at one of the UK's leading industrial cleaning machine distributors based in Oxford on a full-time basis.

As a full-time permanent field service engineer, your role will be to service and repair industrial cleaning machinery whilst maintaining excellent customer service. The successful candidate will need to be based near Oxford, Banbury or Swindon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with customers to get their machinery serviced to a high standard
• Attending machine breakdowns to put the customer's machines back into service.
• Communicating with the Office Team
• Assisting your colleagues as you work as part of a Team of engineers

Required Skills:

• Passion for customer service
• Solution based mindset
• Electrical/mechanical engineering skill set
• Experience working with battery-powered equipment
• Ability to manage your own time and prioritise your workload
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Relationship-building skills with existing and new customers
• Flexible approach to working
