We are working with a thriving global brand seeking a talented Finance Director to help shape the company's future. This is an exciting period to join, given the recent creation of a holding company based in the UK. This move is designed to bring together the various global regions to consolidate and enhance operational systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision: Drive the implementation of forward-thinking business plans.
Financial Expertise: Develop financial and tax strategies, overseeing budgeting processes.
Operational Excellence: Lead accounting, finance, and insurance functions, optimising workflows.
Financial Insights: Offer valuable financial insights and support company projects.
Risk Management: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, manage insurance, and work with external auditors.

Qualifications:

ACA/ACCA qualification with at least five years of post-qualification experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Experience in multi-national business.
Proven ability to work independently and embrace new technologies.
Knowledge of FX management and, ideally, experience in IPO or listed companies.
