Financial planning administrator required for our established and highly regarded practice in the City of London. We will consider candidates with any level of experience and even those coming from other areas of financial services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join us and provide support in all areas of the business and the client servicing function. You'll be working closely with our highly experienced Financial Planners, other members of our team as well as independently without constant supervision. Role duties:

  • Provide a high level of technical and administrative support.
  • New business submission and processing.
  • Maintain and update back-office systems.
  • Draft client correspondence, compile review packs and valuations and review meeting follow ups.
  • Carry out financial transactions and trades.
  • Support the advisers with research and analysis for financial plans.
  • Attend client meetings with the advisers.
  • Help draft client suitability reports and prepare financial plans that meet the clients objectives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships.

Essential Skills

  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience gained working as a support administrator ideally within a financial planning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised, methodical, disciplined, and meticulous.
  • A positive can do approach.
  • The ability to deliver excellent client service.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Able to cope with a varying workloads and pressures.
  • Excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of platforms, back-office systems, and Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
