My clients a growing freight forwarder seeking an experienced FREIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK- must be fluent in either French or Italian based within the Mayfair area.
Duties would include:
- Assisting with shipping documentation
- Quoting clients
- Liaising with other offices within the UK & Europe
- Building relationship with clients
- Handling any queries
- General customer service and admin
Skills required:
- Knowledge of import and export operations
- Fluent in English and either French or Italian (written and verbal)
- Experience using Boxtop - desirable
- PC literate
- 5 year checkable history/clean DBS check
Working hours:
- Monday- Friday (office based)
30000.00 - 35000.00 Annual GBP
